The Creston Valley is only a short drive from Nelson and home to organically grown grains….Whole grain wheats are also offered by local stores and distributors in Nelson.  Our community needs a mill to take full advantage of the nutritional and flavour benefits of freshly milled flour.  Instead of each of us spending over $500 to own a small countertop mill, we can each invest much less if we purchase a high-quality mill together.
